You're Invited: Science Fair March 2nd

Dear P.S. 41 Families,

You are invited to join us this Thursday for our annual Science Fair! 6:30PM - 8:30PM in our gym.

All of our students are excited to share the work they have done and it is particularly wonderful when families can celebrate with them on a night like this. When families visit, it usually takes about 15 minutes to view the entire Science Fair, so you don’t need to plan for a two hour visit. You are absolutely welcome to stay however long you want depending on your interest level. Please keep in mind that we do not offer childcare and that all children must be supervised by their parents. On Friday 3/3 during the day, we open the Science Fair to our students.

ALL PROJECTS GO HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY ON FRIDAY 3/3. Please plan for this.

Many children can carry their own projects, but it may be necessary for some parents to help children retrieve projects and transport them out of the school. If you’d like, you can begin picking up projects at 1:30 PM on Friday. Please be prepared to sign in using a photo ID. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but we are unable to store projects after the Science Fair so they must leave that day.
